Mr. Brinton has over 20 years’ experience in domestic and international mining and directional drilling. Projects include international greenfield mineral exploration, domestic coal exploration drilling, coalbed methane evaluation, and directional drilling for mine degasification and mine dewatering. Experience includes mine pillar stability analyses, mine ventilation analyses, mine planning, due diligence reviews, resource modeling, reserve/resource reporting, and supervision of day-to-day mining technical operations such as grade control, surveying, mapping, stockpile management, permitting, and reclamation.
Mr. Brinton is fluent in both English and Spanish and is a certified professional geologist with the American Institute of Professional Geologists and is a Qualified Person per SEC S-K 1300 mineral reporting standards.
