In 2018, AAI conducted seven successful 2D stress measurements from the 800m and 1140m Levels of the Éléonore gold mine using the Sigra IST tool. Core drilling was conducted by Goldcorp contractors. The campaign identified the prevailing orientation and magnitude of the regional horizontal stress field. Results provided key data for mine design and orientation of underground facilities.
