Versatile and energetic earth scientist with over 10 years of experience in the energy sector. As a senior geologist at Agapito Associates, April Bievenour works with clients to solve subsurface problems while delivering impactful solutions. Throughout her career, she’s led diverse technical projects focused on: geology, subsurface characterization, oil and gas operations, environmental policy, and finance. Before joining Agapito Associates, Bievenour worked mostly as a petroleum geologist developing data-based subsurface workflows that optimized field development strategies and maximized value generation.  She’s skilled in subsurface characterization, strategic asset delineation, formation evaluation and geologic mapping. She’s demonstrated a strong understanding of multi-scale reservoir characterization and is experienced in integrating and interpreting core, well log, and seismic data.

Bievenour holds a MS degree from Colorado School of Mines and BS degree from UT Austin and is published. Throughout her education and her career, she’s demonstrated a proven track record of project management and collaborative engagement.
